- This tool allows you to move your iPhone backup files to another backup folder
with a defined name (iTunes_Backups). You only need to replace the drive letter where you want
to store your backup files. This is necessary because Apple has removed the option to choose or move
the iPhone backup folder location.

When should you move your backup folder?
When you need to free up space on your C:\ drive, where the operating system is usually installed.
You can also do this in advance to avoid having your C:\ drive completely filled up.

Using the tool:
1. You can try opening the original backup location and manually copy/paste the files.

Note: In earlier versions of iTunes, the backup folder was located in the hidden %appdata% directory.

Current possible locations for your iTunes backup folder:

1. C:\Users\Your-Username\Apple\MobileSync\Backup (Latest versions of iTunes – default)
2. C:\Users\Your-Username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\ (Older versions of iTunes – default)

3. Your drive letter:\iTunes_Backups\ (New folder proposed by this software)

Start button > Will launch an executable script:

This function will search for the current location of
existing iTunes backups on your computer.
The detected folder will open in Windows Explorer
so you can manually manage your files
   (copy, delete, archive, etc.).

Important: Before making any changes, make sure
your iPhone is working properly. The phone itself
is also a source of backup.
Don't panic if files are deleted:
just launch a new backup via iTunes to
   recreate a fresh backup automatically.
